Safe, High-efficient and Green Underground Coal Mine Assessment Based on Comprehensive Evaluation Index Method

摘要: 在总结不同时期对井工矿评价的发展历程及要求的基础上,根据“高产高效矿井”、“安全高效矿井”和“绿色开采”基本概念和内涵,研究了“安全高效绿色”井工矿的内涵,据此有针对性的提出了不同约束条件下“安全高效绿色”井工矿评价指标体系,并运用综合评价指数法结合上湾煤矿实际数据进行了应用,从而为“安全高效绿色”井工矿评价提供了基础和依据。

Abstract: Based on the summary of the assessment the development for underground coal mine in different period and according to the concept and connotation of “high-production and high-effect coal mine” and “safe and high-efficient coal mine”, this paper presents the connotation of safe, high-efficient and green underground coal mine and it’s assessment index system and an application example with real data from on underground coal mine is given to validate the feasibility of this assessment index system and method, thus provide the basis and the foundation for safe, high-efficient and green underground coal mines assessment.
